Nought Concealed

Forgive me Lord as I forgive
Of Christ this child now fill
Allow in truth Your servant live
To do Your perfect will

For life, to come to words as these
All wayward sin must part
Souls must seek The Lord to please
And truth must dwell the heart

When life has truly come to dwell
We’ll seek the righteous way
We’ll purchase nought ordained for hell
We’ll serve God’s Lamb today

But yet not all in church are free
For some still bear a grudge
There’s some who hate, yet bend their knee
Fearless of The Judge

Some say in church, “I’m born anew!
I’m free of all my sin
But unlike Jesus’ chosen few
They hide their shame within

But God will give His perfect Light
The flesh of Christ to eat
Awesome power to win the fight
To all at Jesus’ feet

No sin can ever hope to hide
However deep concealed
Before God’s throne, where each is tried
The truth will be revealed

That day man’s eyes will open wide
That day The Light we’ll see
That day to God we’ll walk inside
When death has bent the knee…
