O Great Conqueror, Arise! Conquer! Poem by Elisha Eddie

O Great Conqueror, Arise! Conquer!

1. O great conqueror! Arise! Conquer!
Take courage! Bounce back! Encounter!
You are a warrior! You are so strong!
Stand tall! Be brave! Be strong!

O great conqueror! Never Give up!
Have been hit? You must get up!
We fear no foes! We beg no foes!
We pin their heads down! We conquer all foes!

2. We are great warriors! We conquer foes!
We neat them down with just our toes!
It is our nature just to stand tall!
Stand tall! I say, stand tall!

3. O great conqueror! I'm glad you're back!
Arise! Take courage! Let's fight back!
Stand tall! O warrior! I say stand tall!
Don't fear! I say, stand tall!

4. Warriors don't spare foes! Foes are the prize!
O great warrior! Be strong! Arise!
Conquering, your nature is to stand tall!
Stand tall! I say, stand tall!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The world is a battlefield. Once you are born into it, you have become a warrior otherwise you won't survive! I have come to the crossroads of life may times and I felt like giving up, but when I remember that I was born alone, I gain strength to stand tall. Our walk on earth from birth to death is war! These wars are made up of many battles that we must conquer! The best place to be is not under the pile; it is on top of the pile - standing tall!
