The things we feel the things we see
The truth Christ had to tell
Continues yet to set us free
From chains and endless hell

We hope to sit upon a throne
Through faith we break death’s mould
It’s through our faith in Christ alone
We’ll walk the streets of gold

Through love we’ll see our Father’s face
Through love we’ll live on high
Through Jesus’ love God’s boundless grace
We’ll have what none can buy

Through love’s obedience, crowned with life
As sons of God we’ll rise
With robe and ring as Jesus’ wife
We’ll open wide our eyes

We’ll see what eyes have never seen
We’ll hear what no one’s heard
We’ll reign proclaimed as Jesus’ queen
Through God’s almighty word

From works alone this cannot be
Attending church won’t do
Obedient love is Heaven’s key
The door to life anew

Through Light that makes the sun look pale
We learn to understand
That through Christ’s blood we cannot fail
To reach The Promised Land

When rid of sin and wayward shame
When Heaven’s Hill we climb
We’ll stand adorned in glowing flame
Beyond the realms of time
