ନା ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଟିଏ?
ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କଣ କରେ?
ଭୋକିଲା ପେଟରେ ଅନ୍ନ ଦିଏ?
ଶୋଷିଲାକୁ ଦିଏ ପାଣି?
ବଢାଏ ନି କି ନିଜ ବେମାରି?
ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଥାଏ କି ନ ଥାଏ
ଆମର କଣ ଯାଏ?
ଆମର ପୁଅ ଦାଦନ ଯାଏ,
ଆମର ଜମି ପଡିଆ ପଡେ,
ମା ଭାଷା ମରୁଥାଏ ଅବହେଳାରେ ।

The poem is written in Odia language, Odia is the official language of Odisha, India. The poem is about the Ministers, who are not interesters in the works relating to the welfare of the people in general, rather they are interested in fulfilling their own interest.This is a bad symbol in democratic norms of Govt. Democracy is for the people, of the people and by the people. But the representatives are not realizing the true meaning. disgrace.
