Oedipus Poem by Diptesh Augustine Sarkar

Oedipus

This afternoon I'll not
sleep with you
but keep my head on your breast
and cry my soul out.
It's been ages
I cried
been ages
laughed a word.

This afternoon I'll not sleep
with you
I'll be your child
instead.
