Ogidi's Progeny Poem by Hashim Hamzat

Ogidi's Progeny

And when she looks, she smile towards my brown blue suite
Then i heard a voice from her smiles advising my pen to right on a book
She said there was a man that she saw in her nooks
And then she saw the mighty 5 golden letters reaching ground
And she saw the man comes around.

She matched up and down as I hold her towards my arm.
She speaks in a language that was best understood by the crowd
She whispered softly as I kisses her mouth.
A memory was left on a white nimbus cloud
And then she saw the man that always comes around.

She searched with her eyes in quest of her mum
I sings the berry songs to kept her towards the plum
She argued with her own smiles as she cried out day long.
But stoped crying because she saw a man that always comes around.

Cool pleasure fills my bosom through
And spreads each nerve along.
My father use to sing a song,
But time amends old wrongs
She looks just like our father as she open her teeth gums.
Then she stops crying cos the man comes around.
