On The Martyrdom Of Khamenei Poem by Mystic Qalandar

On The Martyrdom Of Khamenei

Do not tell your child he was perfect—
for perfection belongs to Allah alone.
Tell your child he was steadfast and resilient,
unyielding before oppression,
unbroken by intimidation.
Tell them he did not bow to power,
nor soften his stance for comfort,
nor barter his values for approval.
Tell them he stood like a rock
when others chose silence,
and held his ground
when others chose retreat.
