Once I Perish Poem by Za Italian Buffon

Once I Perish

Once I Perish …

Away from matters
all that clings to me,
and vice versa.

Apart from people; traders,
buying and selling
-mutual interest-,
feelings and needs denied.
My self shall be cast.

Leaving all behind,
all, save that,
which may be given,
needless to be taken.

Untouchable as it is,
transparent, altruistic
and matter-free.

Thence, the essence,
I shall become,
to earth
and each being…
Thence;
Love I shall become,
and through love
-forever after-
I shall BE.
