One Little Bird Poem by Andytics mufc

One Little Bird

Pregnant with a burning
desire to taste the skies
The little bird spread her eyes into the vast clouds
So overwhelmed she was

Finally the moment was there to mark her bird-hood
Wings! check
Feathers! All set

But just before she could float into the air
A catapulted stone broke her wings
