One Night
Laid back on the dirt
Eyes on the sky
We think of the hurt
And all of the lies
Each for a reason
Between you and me
We spent the season
Ceasing to be.
Hand in hand
Soul inside soul
We walked the land
The night was full
We told shared our hearts
Of pasts gone by
Of life apart
And exactly why.
Ill never let go of
That beautiful night
You were my love
And the world felt right
