One who listened with silence,
found remembrance true—
Not by sealing lips in mute decree,
But by stilling waves that restless brew.
Silence aligned with Oneness—see—
Yet this hush was no barren void;
A doorway opened in quiet grace.
Self's clamor in that stillness died;
A subtler sound took its place.
Not heard by ears, but the soul's deep ear,
In sacred stillness, Oneness unbound,
The eternal resonance drew near—
An unstruck melody, profound.
A divine whisper, breath 'twixt worlds divide,
Wordless speech, all meanings unfurled;
So I chose silence as my guide—
Not retreat, but into worlds hurled.
In listening, beyond myself I flew,
Where Sound is One, and none to hear;
I vanished in that harmony true—
Only Listening remains—clear.
