I am one with my soul,
my flesh,
my heart,
the pulse at my breast.
You keep me—
not by light alone,
but by the pattern beneath.
By day, I read you in brightness.
By night, I rest in your quiet.
Sun, moon,
stars, peaks,
rivers, seas,
my body, breath, beating heart—
I claim them, then let them pass.
Each thread
from the same Source,
each breathing
the same air.
Held, and holding,
breathing, and breathed,
I rest
in the curve of the One.
My soul knows the sun's blaze,
the moon's calm smile,
stars in their ancient councils,
mountains in their silence.
It reads the syntax of stone,
the memory of trees,
rivers that turn stillness to song,
oceans that shed their shores
to remember their size.
