Only The One. No Second. Poem by Mystic Qalandar

Only The One. No Second.

Every opening rose cradled a hidden truth—
not fragrance, not hue, but the fingerprint of the Divine.
The ocean curled into the shape of its own wave—
only water, yet never separate from itself.
Each breath declared: no atom stands alone.
Every particle is the Primal Light, never cut from its Source.

When mirror gazed at mirror, the 'other' dissolved—
only Light remained; no second faced me.
A stillness beyond silence settled in the heart.
Remembrance lingered—
until Rememberer and Remembered became one.

Beauty streamed from every direction;
each turn became a looking glass—
wherever I turned, the Beloved revealed Himself;
no veil lingered.
So near, the eye forgot its seeing;
so distant, like the soul—yet never apart.

Love burned every curtain until nothing remained but Light;
they rose as ash on the wind, and still the Beloved stood fully unveiled.
Whatever I beheld returned a radiant gaze—
sunlight mirrored in water, yet never sundered from the sun.

Silence speaks this sweet madness best, O MyKoul;
even these words I breathe were never truly mine.
