Otto Telling A Funny Tale Poem by Nicki Friis

Otto Telling A Funny Tale

Otto is here to tell a funny tale
About Gen Z, who do not fail
To mention their Nice Guy upbringings
Spirituality? They believe in wings!

From the oldest to the youngest, they rise and fall
Each with a story of how they were wronged and how they bawl
Though some may think it's foolishness, the Gen Zs are just nice
It's how they were raised--no need for them to think twice

They read about abundance and meditate for peace
Talking about chakras and shamans, what a fine release
Most are fooled by their serenity, but Otto knows a thing or two
That in all this talk of spirit, Gen Zs just want to get in touch with you

Though some may raise their eyebrows, the Gen Zs are quite proud
Of the spiritual forces that keep them safe and sound
It's their way of connecting to all that is real
And finding their way in life, no matter how they feel

So don't judge them by their Nice Guy upbringings
Or call them names ever, and certainly don't be stingy
Gen Zs have a unique way of looking at life
That's why they need more spiritual guidance, more than strife
