Palestine (My Country) Poem by Rununah S...

Palestine (My Country)

Rating: 5.0

Roses are red
Palestinians are brown
That's my race
so don't let it down
My Palestinian pride
I will not hide
My Palestinian race
I will not disgrace
My Palestinian blood
flows hot and true
My Palestinian people
I will stand by you
Through thick and thin
Until the day we die
Our Palestinian flag
Always stand high
I yell this poem
louder than all the rest
because everyone knows
Palestinians are the best
Palestinian blood is my kind
So step aside and let me through
cause it's all about the Palestinian crew
life sucks and then you die
but if your Palestinian
you die with some pride

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Patriotic people are admirable, i am from Scotland and am also patriotic, though this poem you wrote has an agressive feel to it, its clever and well put, but is it not for the rest of the world to decide if palestinians are good people? we dont see that outside your community very often just agression, so It would seem to reinforce that your poem is a contradiction to you saying palestinians are good people, when you are not depicting that in this poem, try again glorify your country palestine has legendary history a once great people show the greatness of your people through your humour and your experience of good in palestine not of al jazeera style lyrics aimed to chant,
