Pangaea Poem by Yohan Confectioner

Pangaea

She was Pangaea,
Whole
And beautiful
In its first form.

Her beauty was seen
Early morn,
As we rose,
Together.

Every curve
Of her chiseled form,
Her light eyes,
Was one.

Untouched, unbroken,
The jaggedness, the cracks,
Had never seen light of day,
By the vile of chemicals.

Her beauty buoyed
On the silken sheets,
Calm as a coral sea,
Untamed verdure.
