Pernickety Poem by Hafiz Muhammad Qasim

Pernickety

Say it not
If you don't think must not
You may have to crisscross a mansion or hut
Whose all doorways were ajar and then shut
No gender whatsoever
Nor engender whatsoever
and double entendre whatever
Toot not he but a blitz wart
High-and-mighty brazen-faced
Just to cajole someone's bushy eyebrow
And loot the dumbfound host
Truth not fairer than a fair lady
Hafiz Muhammad Qasim
