Petitionary Prayer To A God Who Suffers With Us Upon Lighting A Candle In The Dark
If you hear my prayer
May your spirit go before them in the dark
And touch the darkness of my heart
With you light that grants to me the sight
To see the sites of worldly suffering
Courage to hope that there is more beyond and
Grace to help to heal upon this darkling plane.
