Poet's Notes about The Poem

Poet's Notes:
The Bible itself clearly speaks of the coming wedding feast and the marriage of God to His church, the body of believers. Why do those who claim to love Him continue to denigrate their own sexual nature and that of God's creation as well?

    what do you smoke bro?

Ha! How can a humorous haiku be anything but a high-ku. my brother? I do not really smoke any drug like pot very often, but good classical music can make me smoke! Does that count? And it seems to me like passionless sex should always mix very well with cold champagne, doesn't everything? But then I can't say I have ever experienced passionless sex, although God seems to have made both kinds. Ha!
