Picture This Poem by Mad Gone

Picture This

Who is this family captured in the lens?
Charming man and fine young girls.
Smiles upon their faces, beam.
While the photographer remains unseen.

Capture life upon a still,
In front of monuments, statues and man-made ills.
Posed as if the photo book needs filled.
While the photographer remains unbilled.

No man an island entire unto himself,
Bonds of arms and closeness, fill.
No one seams to notice or least to care,
For the photographer no longer there.
