Pink Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

Pink

The doors stumble
Before they were opened
Frostbite is for the brave
Clumsy are the mornings
Days trickle by like left-over juice
Sturdy as stubby pillars
Crack open tomorrow like a nut
The snow turns from grey
To all floral shades of pink
