Pocket Watch Poem by Avernus Sans Pitie

Pocket Watch

I'm haunted by your name,
Twenty years, it feels the same.
Left me for a man a drunk strong,
I've hurt since you've been gone.
A broken man with a broken heart,
I'd turn back time, back to the start.
Jealousy runs through my veins,
I'd kill him to save you from the pain.
You, a wildflower with a troubled mind,
Shadows you could never leave behind.
I wanted to be the one to hold you tight,
You chose the man lost in the night.
A broken man with a broken heart,
I'd turn back time, back to the start.
Jealousy runs through my veins,
I'd kill him to save you from the pain.
