It was a dream, a passing fantasy
A pattern of my hectic hankering
A going-back, O rabid nostalgy
A whim, and wished I 'twas a real thing!
At home I was among my family
Exchanging happy faces, cosy cheers
Consuming time with restless colloquy
Vain stories, remnants of our wonder years…
At home I was lying upon my bed
Envisaging the starry galaxye…
I woke up there, I turned around my head
Seeking those faces, fables and that sky
I looked about, but all what I could see
Was sullen timber walls surrounding me!
