Can you hear it?
It whispers.
It moans.
It wants to draw you
into its mouth
& swallow you.
It wants to wrap
its words around you,
until you are
too warm & weary
to resist it.
Then when it has you,
it wants to hold on,
cradle you in its arms
& rock you back home.
