Poem Untitled Uno

I want to take my take
because I don't know how many other guys
want to be your valentine

To take a moment or
Two,
Of this blissful month of love,
And dedicate it to you

A young lady
With cocoa powdered skin like Nesquick
Curly locks that bounce the light of the sky
With a sweet smile like Lipton Ice Tea
and a nice, round and joyful
Personality

I know you've probably heard this before
like echos in a tunnel
but ever heard it in verse?
Like
your beautiful like an African Queen
Warm and friendly like the sand of veracruz
with a benevolent voice that can,
Lulluby babies to sleep
And someday, I'll ask you to join my,
Beligerant clan

I'll do what no other male will do
I'll treat you well as if Aphrodite casted a spell
I'll pull out a chair, just for you, everytime we dine
Ask you questions of,
Who you are,
What are your fears
And what are your dreams

I'll be traditional in everyway
Presenting you sweets and flowers
Like a Squire in England
I'll wjipe away every tear you'll,
Ever shed,
With a Kleenex and a statement,
That'll say
'It'll be okay'

I'll go beyond the 21 Century Stereotypes of the,
Teenage male,
That not all of us want sex
but rather to send you a good night text,
To hear your voice, its laughter,
that makes me blush red
To cuddle while watching a horror film,
keeping my hands where you like them best,
Entwined with yours like wild rose bushes

I want to take my time,
And take you out for the night,
And I'm not talking about sex,
but rather the orthodoxal date
of meeting mom and dad
to go out and to meet our
fate

So, I hope this poem has convinced,
you to be,
my valentine,
Cause i don't know how many other,
Guys are after you
But I'll take a chance and gamble,
And put my emotions on the line,
just to ask you to be mine
