Poems For Kids - Cold Poem by Hugh Mitchell

Poems For Kids - Cold

Rating: 5.0

Down at the bottom of the world
amongst the snow and sleet
stands a lonely Emperor penguin
with an egg upon his feet.

"Why do you stand there, penguin?
What can your reason be? "

"I'm waiting for my chick to hatch
and have a swim with me! "
