Poems In 60 Watts Poem by Adrianne Quinlan

Poems In 60 Watts

In the stillness of the smallest hours,
In gray dark,
Poems come.

Across the street,
Lit by flickering, shimmering,
beams of blue,
My neighbor watches as my window intermittently glows amber.

I wonder what she does with her 2am poems
