Pointless Poem by joe c.

Pointless

To my fellow claustrophobic:
three cheers for your latest endeavor-
I heard you conquered the coffin last night.

Seven tolls of the bell for the mourning-
they're weeping in silence, their dress in black.
Twelve doves fly as the choir of angels sing-
all for the sinner who deserves everything.
