Predators Of Meaning Poem by Sans Serif

Predators Of Meaning

Cursed be this carcass of a man,
A man left after
His death, yet still he
Breathes. How so does
He walk this earth,
In his solitude?
Murdered by nature,
He searches for
Reasons unknown.
He searches for the
Meaning of his
Inward death.
He becomes a
Predator of Meaning.
Killed by the world,
But left alive by
Will.
Many are the people
Who Prey for Meaning,
But little do they see
That Meaning preys too.
The Predators of Meaning
Are prey to the Predators of Life.
We have fallen Prey
To life. We long,
But no longer
Fight.
