The glorious day of Christ The Lord
Will dawn with heartfelt cheer
Seeing His tongue a flaming sword
Many will shake with fear
Who is prepared and who’ll be right?
Devoid of sin and shame
When like a thief He’ll come one night
On clouds enrobed in flame
Beware of hell make no mistake
Allow the facts explain
Before the quake when Heavens shake
Where only truth can reign
Will you believe the moon is cheese?
That God will say ok
Without you bending unsaved knees
To whom you should obey
Did Jesus come and die for nought?
Did Jesus rise in vain?
Or was it lies the whole report?
And no one lives again
But Christ is true His gospel real
The Author’s word will stand
Regardless how we think or feel
God’s wrath will come as planned
Beware to meet your God today
Refuse the devil’s ware
Seek out The Lamb whilst yet you may
Receive salvation’s share
Consider well what life’s about
Look deep inside and see
Be rid of all this foolish doubt
Let Jesus set you free
