Am I in love?
My heart is beating too fast.
What if push comes to shove?
I might just kiss him.

I love everything about him.
from the way he moves to way he looks at me.
Sooner of later, I hope,
I'll be his bride-to-be.

It's New Years today, he kissed me.
My face turned beet red in two seconds.
He kneeled and asked me if i would marry him.
I said 'Yes, I'll be your wife-to-be.'

A few years later, we had a child.
My husband kept screaming if I was okay.
It was amusing, he acted like a child too.
I have two children to take care of today.

I wake up to the morning, to find a rose petal on my bed...
