When you smile
From deep inside
And your eyes shine
So confident, so bright
And when you walk
Your stride
So wide
So full of pride
It makes me smile.

When you cry
Feeling helpless
And you’re mad at yourself
Cause you hate showing weakness
And then you walk
Your stride
So wide
So full of pride
It makes me want to cry.

When you love me
So full of belief
So understanding
With such relief
And when you touch me
So carefully
And look right through me
Without a doubt
You know me inside out

And when you walk
Your stride
So wide
So full of pride
With me by your side
Your eyes shining so bright
It makes me love you.
