Psalm 66 Poem by Frank McEleny

Psalm 66

All the people of the earth cry out
Sing out His glorious name
Give Him honor and praise and glory
To know Him is to never be the same

Do you know the Lord most high?
He turned the water into wine
He watches over us
He watches all the time

He rules by His power forever
By His hand I have my breath
He keeps my soul among the living
He delivers my soul from death

He refined me as gold and silver
He taught me by trial and test
He brought me through fire and water
Upon His word my soul does rest

I will humble myself and come
Come into that Holy place
I will fall to my knees and magnify
And sing of His mercy and grace

Listen all you people of the earth
I have come to declare His name
From the north and the south, the east and the west
I will shout aloud of His fame
