Your face is that of a candlelight
Sitting snugly in the night
I know that upside down frown
It ferries me back in time

My love like the rain
Falling where you never grow
Like the rain, like the rain
Falling without a shed of green to show

The rivers beat the trees
And the rocks to meet the lagoon
No feelings of me
Could find their road to the heart of you
