Quiet
Words are a way to voice thoughts,
Saying the truth out loud.
Saying lies that are heard.
Fighting back at something, someone.
My words fall on deaf ears,
My words don't matter.
Whatever I say is wrong,
Whatever I say you don't listen.
So I shut my mouth and stay quiet,
I shut my mouth and fade.
I fade away until I am nothing but gone.
