As the rain falls
So do my hopes
Will I ever be good enough
Will I ever be fast enough
All I want is to make you proud
Hear positive things about me from others
Instead all you get is negativity
I'm sorry I let you down
I'm sorry you regret your decision
I would say I'll try harder
But you've heard that before
So I'll just disappear
Evaporate
Enjoy the sun
