Rainy Day Poem by Kishor Kumar Mishra

Rainy Day

Rating: 5.0

Since last night it is raining,
Everywhere there is water logging,
Cool and pleasant is the surrounding,
Time for children for merry making.

Paper boats are ready to be sailed,
Paper caps are to be worn on head,
Down the stream our boats will move,
Message to our friends to give.

No need to go to school today,
For I am sure it will be a rainy day,
Let our Study for one day be postponed,
Such opportunities never come repeated.
