Re-Seeing Starlings In Winter Poem by Forrest Hainline

Re-Seeing Starlings In Winter

As acrobats swinging
Just as noisy dirty vagrants
Fouling
The air
Spoiling the ground
Then Mary Oliver
Saw in their winter roost something
