We can't hide our love
Love will shine out come what may
The moon shines on our love at night
The sun shines on it by day

The love light shines from our eyes
As we lovingly take in loves young gaze
The old fools in loves young dream
Walking in a puppy loves haze

We walk on pastures new
Far from all our usual crowd
Trying to keep our love hidden
Holding hands, gazing lovingly, our love crying out loud

We couldn't hide a love like ours
We couldn't keep it a secret for long
Your husband and my wife knows about it now
Our love was just too strong

The moon shone on our love at night
The sun shone on our love by day
Our love is now an open book
Real love will shine out, come what may
