And billions
Of women in this world
And of course
The one
I'm so madly in love with
Is you
Even after all these years
All these relationships
All the others I've been with
It's you.
They say I've got
What it takes
To get any girl I want
Easily
Just like that
But nope
I don't go for anyone
I just want you
Only you
'Seriously? ' You say
Yes
Completely seriously
Hell I'll put my life on that!
You're on my mind constantly
Like every five minutes
When I wake up, you're my first thought
When I go to sleep
Your my last thought
The last face I see
The one I kiss goodnight
The one whose voice echoes in my head
The one who's blanket I sleep with and hold every night
The one I dream about
The one I make love to (even though no one else is with me)
The one I kiss
The one I hold
The one whose tears I wipe
The one I see my future with, not the past
But the future
A beautiful future
Filled with love and laughter
Difficulty and overcoming
Progress and success
Learning and feeling
Freedom and responsibility
All the love the world
My heartbeat sounds like an army
But listen closely and it says your name

When my whole blood family died before me
