Reckless Love Poem by Solomon Sunday

Reckless Love

The sun rise
The world fall away
For you for me
On my kneel a second with you
Is a paradise to me
Wherever you are in the world is where I belong
A place for us

A flight into the night
I catch moonlight like fireflies
My dance your smile
Your love my heart
Who you are is my dream
Your worth my lot
Your virtue my pride

Your spell of love
Enchant my temple
You turn me in
Don't keep me out
I can't help falling in love with you

Like the water that overflow into the sea
Slowly it comes
I want to be with you
Take my hands
Take my love

Like fire on soft leaves
You electrify me
Often as I live
You awake my hope
Your words play strings of melody rabbling my world with rhythm my soul cannot do without

My heart aflame
Fuel the fire
Breathing deep within me
Above my dreamless sleep
My bones squeak, body calibrate
Fill my hunger
I'm closer than you know

Take my hand
Give me pleasure
All your shield
Keep me on your radar
On every slide
Beyond reason
Let your life call up light
Your love a pillar of happiness

No more silence
Im caught and held
Come to me
Stand your place within this remnant of time
