REFLECTED MOODS
Black might bring down the mood
Allowing dark thoughts to intrude
And some sadness to be construed
But it's in a beholder's eye I'd say
Yet not half as much as a dull grey
Shade and tint might just say it all
Reds may seem vibrant and bright
And passionate when worn at night
Yet can be more subtle in low light
Orange and purple are as influences
Yet all still can dominate the senses
Clearly seen as the belle of the ball
White appears to be extremely tame
But it has some variants, all the same
At the heart of it, purity is its claim
Always the traditional wedding dress
But could be ivory or cream, I guess
A base for when confetti starts to fall
Blue can suggest soft jazz that is cool
A warm sea can be like that, as a rule
Just as aquamarine is a popular jewel
And it is in the sky almost everywhere
But as an iris hue it offers a deep stare
As eyes that follow you down the hall
