Rating: 4.5

You spend time with strangers,
Giving your body to lovers
And you think that you’re free.

One day you come home enlightened –
You don’t like the life you live!
What about your life with me?

They say patience is a virtue –
Combined with tolerance it obviously is not.
I thought we’d found some peace.

I thought over time we’d grown stronger;
Through our ups and downs some bonds had formed.
Instead, you just want to leave.

They say if you love someone, let them go;
If they indeed love you, they will return.
I’ll give you your wings, and wait to see.
