Sometimes
what you are holding onto the tightest
is the very thing
that is holding you down.
We cling to old fears,
old wounds,
old versions of ourselves,
believing that letting go
will leave us empty...
But often,
those very things
become invisible chains...
Chains that slow our steps,
chains that dim our vision,
chains that whisper
that stop us from moving forward...
Yet freedom begins
the moment you let go...
The moment you loosen your grip.
The moment you release the weight
that was never meant
to travel with you...
For not every part of your past
belongs in your future...
Sometimes growth
requires surrender.
Sometimes progress
demands release...
And when you finally let go
of what binds you...
those invisible chains break,
your wings unfold,
and the path ahead
opens wider than you ever imagined...
Never fear letting go what's no good...
The very thing you release
is the key
to your freedom...
