Remember Poem by Rustiq Joy

Remember

Rating: 5.0

So much pleasures in this world
That lead to sorrow and defeat.
So much happiness, tin foiled
Tissue papered wrapped in a bow,
And they call it joy.
Tin foiled, tissue papered.

People on those streets
Philanthropic streets,
Minimalistic streets,
Holding on to your goals
And donating your donations
Trying to perfect your imperfections
All tin foiled, tissue papered wrapped
In a bow.

Remember the Alpha and Omega,
Remember the Beginning and the End,
Remember the God man,
Remember his son,
It starts with Him
It ends with Him
The Holy Three in One.

Starved for forgiveness;
Fighting an unforgiving world;
Striving for reason,
Striving for purpose
But the hunger lives on.
And the defeat is real
And the darkness from the
gaping hole in our hearts
Screams a little louder.

But remember the Alpha and the Omega;
Remember the Beginning and the End;
Remember the God man;
Remember his Son;
The Holy three in one.

Our God is Love Unfettered,
Love Unlimited.

People on those streets,
Well worn and fruitless,
Packaged with mangled hearts
And death hums as death drums.
But today is your day.
Now is your time.
Seize the moment.
Who that has an ear to hear
Let him hear.

Remember
Remember
Remember
The Alpha and Omega;
The Beginning and the End;
The God man,
His Begotten Son,
The Holy three in One.
What starts with Him
Ends with Him
Remember.
