Remember Poem by Charlie Watson

Remember

I try to hold back
These tears I cry.
Me just thinking about you being over there,
Kills me inside,
Cause I dont know if your ever coming back.

I miss you alot,
Just becareful and dont get shot,
Cause I need you more than anything,
Dont worrie I still have that cracker-jack ring.

I keep it with me 24-7,
Remember you gave it to me when I was eleven.
Now your a big boy,
No longer playing with your faviorite super man toy.

Your off to war,
You said you'd never leave me,
Remember you sore.

You know I respect that you wanna serve your country,
Cause that only makes me love you more.
