Remembrance In The Red, White, And Blue

Within our uniforms
...from Blue, to Green, to Grey
Our flags did fly
All in memory of those who fell
Upon foreign shores
we now stand upon today.

In order to give...
Upon the Seas we did travel
Both abreast and below
And though our Destinations were unknown
No matter the nautical miles
We never forgot
Where we called home.

Once arrived...
These feet did travel
upon the foreign shores
Meeting those who did not like
...the life we chose
But on we marched
Protecting against potential invasions
Of the shores we called home.

Then like the Eagle above...
Throughout unopen airspaces
We soared high and low
Protecting the latitudes and longitudes
Of our troops below,
Despite the potential
...in each 'Dogfight ' being our last
We still flew with honor
For those at home who held fast.
