Repeat Poem by Daniel Trevelyn Joseph

Repeat

Rating: 2.5

Writing in English poetry
We get tempted to repeat
Words, phrases, lines
One behind the other,
Like in Indian language poems.

When the writers recite them
In suitable sing-song tune,
Accompanied by gestures
Nodding, in a crescendo,
One sees the koel in the crow’s nest?
