Reticence Poem by Itohan Stephanie #

Reticence

Saw beyond their smiles
Thier poor mad soul languishing
i grieve for them the pain they claim
i see their malice, i need their lies
But my castle need builders!

Hush, my silence, not negligence
Study through their ignorance
Their heavy hearts sink
Love yourself a little
They forgot they have a castle to build

Am the one they think is odd
They forgot to lay their own bricks
Thier lies lays my castle bricks
Their lies was what i needed
Now my castle is all ready!

Their lies my gain
Into misery they sink slowly
Why so consumed with passive rage
What appetite do you have for growth
Oh dear! i grieve for them

When will they lay their own bricks!
My words uncommon
Tiff it off, they cried in silence
But their noise was their silence
Why are you so unkind to yourself

In them was raging indigence
Their mad souls laments
Have never seen paucity that rare
In privation they seek validation
Open your mind to correction

Who will validate a detester?
Their inhumanity became their burden
Let them carry thier own burden
You can't know what you don't know.
Let a human, be another human.
