Revelation 1 Poem by Linus Kithinji Njeru

Entirety was predicted, all recorded, was recited but none understood
For it was written in codes, and the writer did not leave a hint to decode
The decoder deeply hidden inside people's hearts?
Deep in traditions and customs? people's beliefs and thoughts?
Books were written and songs composed of the events predicted,
Yet singers sung for dough and listeners queued;
for entertainment making the whole message a sham.

Them that proclaim the faith or thoughts and shouts;
adorned in their characteristic attires to symbolize their conformity to the upper realms.
Alas, the pressure from the urge for pleasure made them distort the message to conform to the mutable environment.

We trailed the antiquity of the scroll which has been abridged,
By them that brought the good news to this corner of the word;
Books that omitted the punishment clause for those who change the decrees of the maker.
Everything is written of the generation with every genera of information save for the truth of the maker;
The motivation behind the maker's intent for our conception;

For we are born in debt, of the prevailing corrupt world that economically we can certainly not conquer,
Plus a different other debt that was paid through a son that was promised and delivered to fetch deliverance to the world.
The Book says; and we rejected the messenger
His own did not acknowledge the Word.
He was to pay the debts for us, yet we do not have time for him.

Everything was written and recorded of the times to come.
The maker knew of a generation that distinguishes all signs of the impeding threats and opportunities; but for the coming of the master.
